omg that looks so hearty and tasty. Damn I want beef and vegetable soup now. I gave up bread when I started the diet and it's taken a while to get over it but honestly, I really don't miss it anymore.... and bread was one of my BIG vices. Bread, carbonated drink (sugar free) and crisps. My gosh the crisps I used to get through.... o.o

Hovis nimble wholemeal . It has 50. Calories per slice and 8g of carbs. I have the same bag for more than a week now. I don’t eat it everyday but it is good to have that back up in the cupboard.

I stopped eating bread when I started my diet but if you can’t you should try something healthier like brown bread or something with seeds but I know there’s 70 calories in white and over 130 in brown but we are trying to be healthier not just the least calories that will just lead to yo-yo dieting

My nimble bread lasted me for more than a week now. Not eating everyday but it definitely a good back up.
