yum I am having baked Asian bass tonight if our fish van man has any . so lucky to get fresh fish delivered to my door every Thursday . fish man is quite the highlight of the week in lockdown

It just proves that there are no excuses to start looking after ourselves. I have to be careful with fats for health reasons for example but there is always a way of making it work.
I guess you do mainly Keto ? Keto wouldn’t work for me but it is an interesting way of eating
