It looks so great John, but I don’t think I could eat liver. My husband just loves loves liver, he has to order it when we go out because I’m not making it.🤣

@Shrewdness, We have chicken livers a couple of times a year now. I love them, my Wife is not a big fan. I don't remember the last time we had calves liver. I ate it a couple of times a month when I was growing up. At home I always was always served liver with gravy and onions...
