931 kcal Fat: 38.62g | Prot: 73.90g | Carbs: 64.90g.   Breakfast: Aldi Tru Salted Caramel Bar. Lunch: Aldi Danish White Bread , Clover Lighter Spread, Poached Egg . Dinner: Sriracha Sauce, Garlic , Thyme (Dried) , Sage (Ground) , Basil , Oregano , Parsley , OXO Chicken Stock Cube, Tesco Lemon Juice, Frylight Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray, Asda Asparagus, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Galaxy Light Style Instant Hot Chocolate, Aldi Fibre Now Chocolate Fudge Brownie . more...

Lemon juice - TSP Frylight butter Chicken OXO - about half Parsley - pinch Oregano - pinch Basil - pinch Sage - pinch Thyme - pinch Fresh and powder Garlic - two gloves and a little power Sriracha sauce - TSP Prepped the chicken in salt, pepper and powder garlic before putting into a skillet. Removed it and then all the herbs above were done in about 150ml boiling water.
