I'm not weighing in today. I'll take today off thinking about my weight. I'm still eating healthy but daily weigh- ins feels like too much pressure.

Thinking the same! When you don’t see a drop it makes you stressed, I’ve decided to do mine every 3/4 days. We are at the same position with you, the same start weight and goal 😂

I only do it one a week . Pick a day and roughly the same time
