Woke at 226.7, down .4 from yesterday. Going to jump on the exercise bike and do some HIIT here in a little while. UPDATE: Did three sets of pushups and 30 minutes of HIIT cycling. Got to 224.6 just before noon. UPDATE 2: Weighed 225.4 at 6 pm before dinner, a HelloFresh pork chop meal. UPDATE 3: Had a great HelloFresh pork dinner with a half cup of mashed potatoes. And I drank a lovely bottle of Cab Franc red wine (well, Denise had half a glass with me). And then Jason ordered Coldstone Creamery, and I ate the Peanut Butter Cup special. An hour after that, I took glucose and ketone readings and got 84 and .4 mm! Way better numbers than I deserved and frankly amazing.
