Love pork chops, but it's been over a year since I've cooked them. Since I stopped going to Costco - theirs are the best! Looks like a wonderful meal.

We also had pork chops, green beans, and potatoes (but went with au gratin) 👍 And I had a dinner roll. (not that anyone asked) 😁
