Wow...😊😊😊... so much love in all your comments... Thank you so much. It’s making me so so proud of myself. I must admit...the tummy shocked me the most. I didn’t really notice until I put the pictures side by side. I walk guys...it has to be the walking. I have not been active at all for a long time so in October 2020 I just started walking. Initially did 3kms and now I do 5kms every weekday. I go to the gym a few time a week and do mostly a Step/Shape class. Lots of walking on the treadmill on the days I do go to gym. I eat at a caloric deficit...try and not do more than 1900 calories but this is not always the case...weekends look very red sometimes😅🤭. I’m just happy to be on my way to health. 2020 was a really hard year. I hope we all find our happiness and vitality this year.
