This has been along journey for me . And now I can actually see what I have done to myself . No more sitting on that bloidy sofa all day and all evening . It is about time I got off my lazy ass and done something about it .
So today is the day . I have done 15 mins exercise, ok not alot but enough, for someone who has done none for years and years .
Teddy is going to get a big shock . I plan on going for a walk 2 times daily , but that won't be until the shitty weather has gone . So keep watching folks there is alot more to come . Thinking of changing my name to Motivator Suzie ....

I ran into the same bad weather issue but I found a series of videos on YouTube called Walk At Home by Leslie Sansone. They're good fun, last about 10- 45 minutes depending on the video and I get the exercise without exerting myself. I can't run or do much gym related due to my health issues but this one seems to work. Have a look!
