Another day and I fell short. I don't know what happened to my will power. I eat even though I know I will feel guilty. I can't remember the last time I liked myself. Why do I waste time at the gym to go out and eat fried carbs? It's a lifestyle change that I am struggling to make.

Everyone falls short at some point of their goals. It happens! As far as ppl not supporting you I feel you can do one of two things: 1st make it part of your goal to prove them wrong. Use their negativity or their lack of support as your fuel so you can throw it in their face, or 2nd, keep reminding yourself that this is for you!! You want this; you are not trying to prove them wrong but every choice you make is for your satisfaction and yours alone. Your taking the time to verbalize your wants so they are there, now you just have to work on how to harness the want and make it into actuality... YOU GOT THIS!!!
