I absolutely agree with u. if I put a few pounds on I can easily get back down but people keep bring biscuits n chocolate in at work 🙈 I just cant help myself lately. during summer if people brought cakes in for a birthday I would say no thank u and be strong! dammit! why cant I say no lol x

To be honest I plan everything if I eat more it’s planned and then I get straight on losing it again
I planned to eat unhealthy food normally 4 times a year that way keeping strictly to my calorie counting doesn’t bother me as long as you jump on it straight away which is what I’m doing now and when I weigh in next Monday I expect to be close

such a hard time of year to not fall into xmas treating. and the festive period as a whole demands biscuits and Choccy. I think I'll allow a bit of weight gain (a kg or 2) for new year resolution to loose it again. I'm sure you'll meet your goals.

I know I will and then at Christmas itself I’m sure I’ll gain again but that’s the nature of maintaining
I’m not scared to over eat because I now have the mindset to lose it straight away again
