今天晚到 作深蹲與單腳蹲 膝蓋有點不大舒服 另外掛腳跟捲腹 掌撐側捲腹 回家賽百味無糖豆漿😅😅😅 又抓了好幾把瑞士起司口味洋芋片🐷🐷🐷
