I have decided. I will be going on a break tomorrow. After that I will be following a very very strict diet till I leave insha Allah.

What is on my menu for tomorrow's cheat meals:

1. Pizzaro
2. 1/2 cheese cake
3. A few bites of firass sweets
4. Cheese croissant

Absolutely nothing else. My mom is making some chinese rice as well :( maybe I'll take a few bites of that. But to compensate, I will be drinking the laxative tea 2 times a day, as well as go to the gym at least 2 times insha Allah. And I will be drinking tons and tons and tons of water. Insha Allah.

Also, all the cheat meals start after 3pm and no more food after 8pm. So that is 5 hours of cheating. Then strict fasting for the rest of the day Insha Allah. Please God <3 Dont let me gain weight! Please!
