My mom and sister have been after me to break my diet and take a break. Man. I wish I could but I have such little time. Even if I plan to stay here till the 5th, most probably I will want to break my diet a day before leaving so that I can taste yummy food.
Here's my list:
1. Pizzaro 2. Firras sweets 3. Pizza huts cheesecake 4. Shiwarma at qanatul qasba
Actually, this is my absolute list. I have lots of croissants lying in the fridge. I'm planning to get a big tasty before I go, and have a break on the day I land in Peshawar as well. So if I were to take breaks, I can possibly only take a break on the day of my flight. Where I tend to order food on the plane as well, and indulge in coffee. And probably tomorrow.
So thats my dilemma. Thats way too many breaks. 2 big breaks. And no break before afterwards?
The math:
If I break my diet tomorrow- and resume the day after, I will be on a diet for 5 days before I break the diet again. So what should I be eating in those 5 days? Tough question. I work out at the gym. So I absolutely cant leave out meat, unless I want to break muscle, which I dont. Will I be on atkins again? Maybe I should do the 7 day diet and modify it to 5 days. Ofcourse, if I land in Pakistan on the 5th, then I will be dieting right up until my wedding. That would be 11 days. Huge risk. I have 6kgs to go. Those too the last kgs. What do I do. What do I do.
