The aspartame really doesnt help with my weight loss. Need to change what I'm eating. Tomorrow I'm planning fish, black olives, and cucumbers/some other salad. No cheese. At least I'll try my best. Ate way too much cheese today.
I put honey on my face (finally) yet I havent put any olive oil/coconut oil yet. Going to do that.
Please God :( Help me touch 56kgs before New Year! Ameen!
