I slept on my arm. Major -ouch- factor. Dont know what to do.

Havent gone to the gym yet. Preferred to have a long long sleep. I'm mensturating anyway. But I wake up so many times at night, either because of nightmares of whatever else. I need to be more disciplined about reading my bedtime duas.

Alhamdulillah my morning weigh in reveals 58kgs! I still have a kangaroo pouch though. Need to work those abs again today insha Allah. I'm thinking of investing in an exercise mat. I'll go downstairs and have a look. Have a lot of things on my shopping list. Need to get out of the house. I'm planning to fly to Pakisan on the 3rd insha Allah.

I need to get in that hour of exercise today. Minimum an hour.

Today is so called feast day. A hell lot of tomatoes and chicken. I doubt I can eat so many tomatoes. I will try to eat at least one whole.

I'm going to start atkins immediately after insha Allah, so it continues as an atkins diet insha Allah. May Allah help my sister lose weight as well ameen. She;s really determined.

My thrombophilia screen came out normal. I feel super happy about that. I'm going to do an istikhara about taking OCP's when I'm pure insha Allah.

I need to make a honey mask for my face today. My skin is still super dry but alhamdulillah I am still on the regimen of using olive oil. Quite regularly too.

My mood is marginally better. But still off after yesterday...He said he'll speak to me about it. In my experience, he delays it. Until I speak to him. But I wont insha Allah, if he wants to talk about it, great. If he doesn't, great. Lots of things are clear to me as it is. I just love living in denial.
