I ate at Anise yesterday. Some of the stuff was pretty awesome. But, unfortunately. I've over done the over eating. Day before yesterday we had this barbecue. I ate ahell lot during that as well. Unfortunately, I ate more carbs than proteins :| I know right? Which planet am I on? I was so fed up of the Atkins lifestyle, that I didnt want to think of chicken for another few days.

From today I'm on the 7 day diet. Actually, I'm going to be on a diet indefinitely till the end of this month. I highly doubt I'll be able to reach my target- but at least I'll get rid of the weight I gained during my cheat period. Sigh

I feel like the biggest goof bag ever. How could I do this to myself :( Anyhow. I was so tempted to eat this amazing biryani lying in the fridge that my mom made- but as soon as I checked the scale (and I didnt even check properly) my apetite went to the dogs.

I need to focus on doing productive things.

Ideally I should be gymming twice a day, and today is swimming. Meh. I need to put olive oil in my hair too.

My belly is in horrible shape. I need to work my abdominals.

I'm going to try to avoid eating as much as possible. Hope I drop at least 1kg today Insha Allah.
