今天還在鐡腿中 先跟教練說 結果今天一直練手8公斤壼鈴擺盪一分鐘四組 4公斤單手一樣各四組 波比跳 壺鈴深蹲 一樣賽百味加無糖豆漿 豆花一碗跑步去🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
