I was supposed to start a proper diet from yesterday, but I will be starting one from tomorrow insha Allah. Need to lose at least 5kgs before the end of this month! <3 I'm glad I only gained a kg during my cheat days :) I was trying to control my portions during the cheat days. Today is swimming, will do my abdominals before I leave for shopping. Feeling good alhamdulillah!
