運動前奶酥麵包 今天又遲到十五分鐘 都練手 快廢了 25公斤摃鈴練背100下 4公斤藥球 平躺 雙手拿藥球 手腳上舉互碰 50下 另外二頭 划船 練背 手拿加重六角摃鈴來回走十趟 等下筋膜槍🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
