I've been 58kgs for a while now. At least 4 days if not 5. But I need to remind myself that I lost nearly 5.5kgs on Atkins induction alone, and my weight loss target has become very near now. I need to lose the last 6kgs. And I need to be patient about it. By the end of induction, Insha Allah, I hope to have lots a net total of at least 6.5kgs (1 kg more) and if I lose more, that's great ^_^ The problem is that I have kinda *cheated* unintentionally though- if you dont count diet coke :P- I'm trying to keep it clean for the meanwhile. Woke up a little late for my 6am gym, but a little earlier than my 2pm routine. I'm going to hit the gym in a while. It is sunny as hell- I'm going to take my umbrella, however, overall the weather is kinda chilly. I hope today will be a successful day in terms of weight loss insha Allah! Here's hoping I lose that next kg! I have 2 days left!
