Although it was a lot of fun meeting up with an old friend, I was not able to go to the gym in the evening
however, I assembled my abking pro and I'm going to start targeted abdominal exercises, preferably before swimming tomorrow. I plan to go at around 3.30pm so that my prayers are done and I dont miss any element of prayer at all (maghrib) and I'll be aiming for 2 classes.
I saw some pictures of people I knew who got married. They're all so slim. I feel so self conscious. I really need to lose those 6kgs insha Allah. If I lose 1 more kg during this Atkins diet I will consider myself extremely lucky
I know why I have not been losing though- and that is because my aerobics have decreased, and my intake has a few cheat foods- yesterday it was oysters and today it was the diet coke. Need to kill the aspartame foods out completely. No more aspartame for me till this diet is over. Here is to looking forward to a new day tomorrow! Insha Allah :)
