I started a new strategy today- I stopped my fruit intake completely and put myself on fish and halloumi cheese. I also went outside and walked a hell lot- proper brisk walk. Spent at least 4 hours in total and had a lot of fun! Treated myself and my sister to the sofa boat and the amusement park rides- awesome fun. I hope the scale budges. I've lost about 1 pound today. I hope another comes off tomorrow, insha Allah. Hard work always pays off, and we won expo 2020 today as well :D alhamdulillah.
