I've been on a weight loss plateau for quite a while. My weight refuses to budge from 63kgs. Even though I'm consuming a ridiculously low amount of calories. Tomorrow, I will be eating fish only. Nothing else. I read a lot about weight loss plateaus and you need to trick your body in different ways to shift this weight.

Today I plan to have at least 3 servings of green tea and I'll work out on the treadmill as well. Lets see if I can break the plateau. Thursday is my cheatday. I have planned lasagne from pizza hut.

Its not all about the calories. Its more about the sources of calories. Your bodys preferred source of energy is carbs, second best is fats, third best is proteins. You seem to be eating lots of fruit, which is healthy but it contains a lot of simple sugars. Try to replace simple sugars with complex carbohydrates such as whole grain oatmeal, oat bran, whole wheat pastas, brown rice etc, and eat more protein. Eating minimal calories will just make your body think that its starving and it wont want to give up the fat stores out of fear of starvation!

I completely agree- I'm going to switch to lean meat from tomorrow. Fruits will be out for a while
