I didnt break my diet, but I ate more than I'm comfortable with...and I left a lot of food on my plate :( which made me sad...I'm got to put far less on my plate, in fact, I'll try to get a desert plate to regulate my portions tomorrow.

I'm off the diet tomorrow :) I dont want to go all out though, I'll just eat things that I really like-

I had some slimming tea out of guilt. I've been spotting for 2 days. Literally, spotting. I think I've gained at least 1kg somehow... maybe my actual weight is 62? But thats just wishful thinking...>.<

As soon as my period is done, I need to go join swimming. I really need to. I REALLY need to get this weight off! On the 28th a month will be complete to my dieting, and I really wish to be 60kgs by then, but even if I dont- I'll be happy as long as its before the 1st of next month.
