I may have spinach fatigue.

Edit: had to send the chicken back to the kitchen for six more minutes. After singeing some stuff this weekend because the oven cooks hotter than the old one, I cooked these tenderloins at a slightly lower temp. They weren't done enough. Looking back, I think it's because they were on the lower shelf and the dual heating elements for the air fry are on the top of the oven. Will keep that as a note to self going forward because I am not into chicken sushi. The cook has been fired.
