So I actually managed to follow some part of day 2 of my original plan. I think I've highly underestimated the calories consumed today...I felt like I ate quite a lot. Ended up eating at the conference. But I did not eat anything that was *bad*
Need to get some exercise in today. Also need to take a multivitamin tomorrow, got a lot of free ones at the conference today :D
I'm going to attend tomorrow as well...hope I'll get to eat some healthy stuff tomorrow.
