Fell off the wagon for a few days because of stress related to submitting my chevening scholarship statement of purpose. JUST got it off my back and celebrated with 4 drops of black chocolate, 20 calories each. I'm going to start again tomorrow, still need to decide which diet though. Any suggestions?
