Today was Ashura. I fasted. I tried to eat dairy the whole day. My only unhealthy choice was probably mango lassi, which I couldn't resist. But I will resist it from tomorrow. Need to go on a proper diet from tomorrow. I'm stressing about my chevening scholarship. The deadline is literally in a few hours and I'm still editing. Sigh.

At least I'm glad I stayed home and didnt waste too much diet. Need to edit the home country benefit again to reduce the word count and modify the content, tweak it up a bit.

I prayed a lot that all would go well, and I'm confident that it will, Insha Allah. I'm going to get some time on the stepper. 15mins, and if my parents are back in time and if they're up for it, I'll try to get some walk. Didnt get much exercise today.
