Horrible mood. Bickering with the family and all. Ending up eating even though I wasn't hungry, but my calories are still way below 500.

I also drank laban- a dairy product, after ages. I'm really thinking of getting on a diet with milk, cheese and eggs for a few days. Although I highly doubt I'll lose weight that way :P

Maybe I'll try it for 3 days and see how it goes. I absolutely cant have low fat milk, but I'll try. Thats what. Need to go the extra mile to lose that weight.

Diet laban and 2 boiled eggs. Lets see how it goes for 3 days.

Also, I didnt work out immediately after waking up, which is what I do normally. Today I'll try to work out just before bed. And I'll try to sleep early.

Didnt lose any weight today, but its okay. I'm hoping to lose tomorrow Insha Allah. What is important is that I have noticed a change in how I look, and I definitely feel better in my clothes now. I know, as a doctor, that I wont be losing weight every single day. That's a good thing as well, your body really needs time to adjust- I just hope that its able to adjust in time for my wedding! Insha Allah

Try not to stress about it. Try to not get upset take some deep breaths and before you eat something you'll regret ask your self is it worth it. Stay positive and you'll reach your goal in time.

Thank you so much Chiquita3 <3 Thats my biggest vice, I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I'm bored, and I eat more when I'm depressed. But no more comfort food for me. I'm trying to vent out in healthier ways now :)
