Thursday evening- the weekend. BAD idea to go out with my family in terms of the impending dinner I knew I'd be forced into. My brother opted for mandi- which is lamb meat with rice. I didnt succumb to it, neither did I have this cheese themed sweet dish called 'kunafa'.
YET, I had their beef broth. I thought it was lentils. *sigh* drank the whole bowl. I feel extremely guilty. My calories are still below 500 for the day...
Hope I'll lose that 1kg that I was looking forward to.
Tomorrow is fruit and veg day, Insha Allah.
