No carb cloud bread. It s made of egg whites, fat free greek yoghurt, salt, garlic powder and I used guar gum but next time I will try with corn starch. You can find lots of recipes on youtube but I used 120 g egg white mixed with the hand mixer and then add90g of greek yoghurt and put it in the preheated oven on 230 degrees
