That i could do. I can sometimes find some half decent no additive brats. Spoiled too many years living or visiting grandparents in Wisconsin and amazing locally made brats.

I love brats & various sausages for the taste....not so much the calorie & fat count. I eat them but less often than I used to. I don't think I'd like to totally give them up. Your's look tasty 😋
