9st 7.5 (1.5 on at WW) Pleasantly surprised to lose this week as didn't really deserve it, the WW result was the more deserved! I have been tracking since Monday tho, so at least that good habit (even if what I'm tracking's not good!) is being resurrected, and it definitely makes a difference. 'Freestyling' for me is definitely synonymous with overindulgence, and the gradual insidious creeping up of the weight again. I think if I had ditched the weigh ins as well as the tracking I would have been lost for sure. So maybe it's the weighing that is actually more responsible for keeping the situation right there under my nose, not letting me bury my head in the sand, and helping me to rein myself in when the creeping gets a little too high? In a way that's a comfort to know. And now I'm feeling a bit better with my cold subsiding, I might even drag myself out for a long overdue walk today as well :-)
