OMG....I’m soooo craving naughty food!!!...cheesy chips...pizza....CHOCOLATE!!! 🤤🤤🤤

I feel you, carb queen right here...it's hard, BUT drink a glass of water , grab an apple, yoghurt, crunch some ice cubes then distract yourself,,run a bath, brush ur teeth(don't want to eat after js brushing), colour in, knit, dance....anything to take ur mind off it!! 😂u can do this ❤️💪

I was good and had a caramel snack-a-jack lol not quite the same but will do!...have just ordered some new low cal choccie treats from skinny bakery, hoping they will fix the chocolate cravings 🤞🏼
