No change. A bit gutted, but at least it wasn't a gain. Hopefully all the hard work will show on next week's weigh. Got to stay positive.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Stay with it, I didn’t loose last week, I know it’s disheartening but we have to keep going. Life is all ups and downs and that includes loosing weight xx
