Had a lovely long walk in the peak district yesterday . Walking miles seems so easy now i'm over 5 stone lighter . Stunning scenery and the weather was perfect.

Cathy if you do visit i can honestly say that Goodwood race course has some of the most beautiful views the Chichester Harbour one side and the downs the other and you never know you might come out winning! I would recommend for you to visit on Ladies day😘

Hi daisy thank u for your kind words it's been a battle with my weight but I've finally overcome it. It's taken me about 20month to lose 5stone 7lb . Oh n I dont actually live here I'm about 1hr 30min from the peak district in west Yorkshire. I assure u theres some beautiful countryside here too 😁😉
