Sure! Keto cheddar&spring onion cake 🧀 PS. I’m in love with this bake!!! 317kcal in 1 portion - 1/4th of the bake is 122g Carbs: 6g • almond flour • psyllium husk Protein & fat: 20g & 22g • egg • mature cheddar • almond flour • double cream I used 100g of defatted almond flour, a full table spoon of psyllium husk, 80g shredded cheddar, 80g of chopped spring onions, 70g of double cream, a cup of water, a pinch of soda and salt, 2 eggs and some sesame seeds to sprinkle on top. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. The smell is to die for!

Thanks so much!! I haven’t heard of some of the ingredients but will look them up. It looks so moist and delicious...! I’m definitely giving it a try 😋😋
