Not so great tbh with you. I've been getting out for walks less and craving sweet... the scales have noticed with a daily 0.2kg increase. The hot weather is certainly not encouraging me to get out. Might have to have a sugar ban for a while see if that helps.
But apart from weight not sticking to where I want things are generally good.

Belial i am sorry you are not on top form, maybe i should threaten to come around and see you that might get you out to get away from me and if i threaten to feed you sweets the sight might put you of craving them. The hot weather certainly does make us lethargic. Please get your chin up.
