Done a fitness workout this morning with Courtney black live on Instagram.. she is amazing can I add but because I have arthritis in my ankle I struggle to do the whole workout i done 10 minutes then my ankle was in agony :( bin off track all week I can’t shift this sluggish mode 🙁
