Few drinkies last night which was a lot of fun, wifey an I had a right larf. Bit blurry today but otherwise OK. The real impact is on the calories, check out the pic, my snacks/other is usually empty! Also it is really clear how alcohol effects a good night's sleep, you might pass out straight away but sleep is shallow and I woke up a lot.. 😌💤
