It is lovely provided the chicken livers are very fresh. Can be done with pork liver, too, as pork does not have an intense flavour. My carer who hates liver was interested enough to try it. Sadly we can't find pork liver because I go wild about floured and fried pork liver with a yoghurt, ketchup and mustard sauce and crusty bread.
