My horse broke today 😭. So I went to the shop and bought the Haagen Dazs salted caramel icecream, eat the whole pot! 400 grams! Nearly 1200 calories . And I wish I had bought 2 🐷. Feeling better? Yes and no ... but o well tomorrow is an other day 😢❤️🐎

Don't you worry, its normal sometimes to treat yourself this way. It's helps to stay out of stress and getting broken forever. If you feel like you need to eat something that you really can't, eat it with out no doubt, it's your body asking for it 😉
