A great day today! Went exploring in the woods again (wore trainers this time) and ended up with an 8km stroll, which is about 7km more than I have been doing for the past few months. Keeping to my calories still,struggling with water, as I just don't like it. Going to try fruit and mint fusions from tomorrow, to see if that will help.
