Brekki this morning, quick n easy as i start work at 7.30am . This will keep me going to late lunch.

That’s one thing I can’t do right, poached eggs mine always fall apart and dissolve in the water.

I cheat paul n have a microwave poacher.. not ideal with microwave cos it can dissolve the nutrients but in a morning before work its quick. Chestnut no legs today lol there recovering from being cooked too long 🙈🌞
