Thanks. My camera is dreadful though. My phone is not even a month old and the manufacturer was asking me silly questions like is the camera free of dirt and scratches... They don't admit they brought a bad product in the market.

Saturday did not go too well. Felt so hungry! But when I look at the calories, I feel it is too much. Obviously I did not recalculate my needs based on the heavier weight. Ugh! Excuses! Ok I am in pain again as the thigh muscle is hardening up making using my leg a task. How can you walk when your leg won't stretch? Pain is never good. Must take a painkiller again. I keep forgetting how important it is to take them regularly. Plus the "cold" is not getting better but has added a sore throat and more aches. I keep telling my carer she brought me covid and she keeps insisting it is hayfever yet I can see she is struggling herself with all those sudden aches. If it is covid-19, this will be the third occurrence.
