Really pleased! I just want to keep going know - I'm going on hols in a couple of weeks so I want to get at least under 200lb! Although it would be nice to loose more...................I've got to keep realistic.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
