Yesterday I decided to kick up my workouts a notch, so I got back into an old calisthenics routine I used to use regularly. I’ve done it for two days straight so far, and I’m pleased with the potential results. And even though I’m a bit rusty on the routine, I’m proud to say I didn’t see any buzzards circling overhead! Will keep everyone posted! 😀

Thank you, Silkian! I'm sore today, so I decided to skip and do something else, but I will return to it soon to build my tolerance. As they told us in the police academy years ago: "Pain is weakness leaving the body!"
