I got a bit behind and muddled with my food diary over the past couple of days..........that's what you get by not adding it on the day!!
Had a couple of nice days it was my mums birthday on Friday and everyone over to my house - so did a lot of sitting around till late and went out for a meal yesterday but we walked through the woods there and back so a couple of late nights for me and the kids!
