PB2 waffle with banana and a little chocolate syrup. Used coconut flour, white flour, one egg and some milk. Should be right under 400 calories when I add it up.

This was a happy experiment. Haven't really made waffles much since I was a kid. I already figured out I need 1/4 cup total of flour, and 1/4 cup milk. Everything else I made up except for the baking powder. No real difference between eggs and egg whites, thinking about a savory one with rosemary and shredded chicken in it for dinner. No syrup in the house, so that's a non-issue.
